Operational Policies

Operational aspects of CoP MICROsite

  • The CoP administrator/moderator will upload or post articles, features, blogs, photo stories, and videos at regular intervals. The articles could be written by the moderator or project personnel or any members upon pre-discussion with the moderator and or project management of C-SUCSeS.
  • Through this platform, members will also have the opportunity to post their successful agricultural models, innovations, success stories, features, blogs, and video clips that are related to the goal and objectives of the project (e.g., an article or video clip on CSA, climate change adaptation, global warming).
  • The opinions and responsibility of such posts (member posts) are of the members, and not the opinion of the network. They have to take responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the information provided. However, all posts will be waiting for review and approval by the moderator.
  • Any article posted will have a means of contacting the author/commenter. Members can avail themselves of comprehensive support and collaborative prospects through interactions with one another, provided they have inquiries, questions, or compliments. However, such interactions should be reciprocal and initiated by the members, with a prerequisite request directed towards the author.
  • When any member shares anything, he or she must ensure that the content are meaningful, insightful, informative and vibrant so that they can communicate the intended messages clearly.
  • Members will be able to propose for any new articles to be posted on the site with Knowledge Management Personnel.
  • Articles will be shared in a manner that members feel comfortable with.
  • Members will have the opportunity to comment and edit their messages, but page administrators/moderators can remove the content if they are offensive or inappropriate

    • Political, religious, or gender-specific in nature.
  • The posts can also disseminate through project and partner social media, tagging friends and sharing through other networks for wider circulation.
  • Proper credit/acknowledgement will be given to the authors of texts and photos.
  • Systematic and consistent information sharing systems will be applied along other innovative ways to attract new members and readers.
  • Maintain and uphold high quality and ethical standards in posts and design layouts. Apply or implement a visual identity that closely aligns with that of the organizations.
  • An email alert will be shared with the members as soon as any new document is uploaded with a brief information about what is new for them to view.
